Hexabot V3 is a source-available AI Chatbot / Agent Builder released under the Fair Core License, Version 1.0, ALv2 Future License. The source is available for permitted use other than competing use, and covered versions convert to Apache 2.0 on the second anniversary of availability. These Terms of Use govern this website, our services, and the extension library. To publish extensions, users are required to sign up and follow these Terms of Use.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: Users must register an account to publish extensions on the Hexabot extension library. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Suspension: Hexabot reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms of Use or engage in harmful activities, including submitting irrelevant or malicious content.

3. Submission and Review of Extensions

  • Review Process: All extensions submitted to the Hexabot extension library will be reviewed by the Hexabot team. We strive to review submissions as quickly as possible, but review times may vary depending on our workload.
  • Approval or Rejection: We reserve the right to reject any extension that poses a security risk, is deemed irrelevant, or is considered spam. Our priority is to maintain a safe and high-quality extension library for the community.
  • Content Ownership: By submitting an extension, you warrant that you own the rights to the content or have the necessary permissions to distribute it. You grant Hexabot the right to display, distribute, and promote your extension on our platform.

4. Removal of Extensions

Hexabot reserves the right to remove any extension from the website at any time for any reason, including but not limited to security concerns, violation of policies, or changes in community standards. We will endeavor to provide notice to the extension owner, but this may not always be possible.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Hexabot in a lawful manner and refrain from submitting content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Is irrelevant, spammy, or misleading.
  • Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
